Weather-damaged cladding, leaky roofs, poorly maintained flashings and gutters, and a lack of adequate thermal efficiency, are going to take their toll in the end, making conditions difficult for staff and ultimately confining your building to the scrap heap.

Reusing or extending your steel-framed structure

Portal frame buildings lend themselves to being altered. With the right level of planning and care, the framework can be easily extended, the roof can be raised, mezzanine flooring can be installed and any number of other structural alterations can be made.
