In-house planning & design to your specifications

From 1st July 2014, it became mandatory that all structural steel products be CE marked to comply with European Standards.

Andrew Plunkett Steel Buildings Ltd is fully compliant with this requirement and maintains a full factory production control system. Our in-house fabricators have a wealth of knowledge and experience, and produce structural steel products to the highest quality, without fail.

Our in-house design team will work under your instruction to plan out your entire build. The team is also able to provide advice on local planning and construction issues related to your proposals.

What happens once the design is approved?

Upon agreeing on a design that meets your requirements, we will submit the relevant drawings and specifications to the local authority for approval, using the most up-to-date software and technology.

Once your application has been approved, we will liaise directly with the local building inspector, ensuring your building is constructed to meet the current requirements of the building regulations.
